Application and Registration Fees

The $150 application and registration fee paid at the time of submission is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. This fee covers administrative costs, student record scaffolding, and application review processes.

Tuition Refund Schedule

Tuition refunds are calculated from the official course start date according to the following schedule. Withdrawal notifications must be submitted in writing to the Registrar's Office.

Non-Refundable Items

Separate specialized fees — including the Life Learning Portfolio Review Fee ($100), the Credit Assessment Fee ($100), and custom textbook costs — are strictly non-refundable once the service has been requested or initiated.

Payment Plan Cancellations

Enrolling in a four-month, six-month, or twelve-month tuition installment plan is a binding financial agreement. If a student withdraws after the second week of coursework, they remain fully responsible for the remaining balance of their program's tuition under the agreed-upon payment terms.
